Montana was all about hanging out with the Connollys' (Paul and Kelly are pictured with us above). We were exited to relax and hang out with no responsibilities (besides for the twins of course) for an extended weekend. The Connolly's are awesome hosts with a beautiful home that has a lot of space. It was nice to have the girls just run around something that is bigger than our townhome. It has a really nice open kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Kelly and Paul had great meals planned for us and made us feel right at home. They also had an itinerary for our entire trip. The girls had a couple of playmates while being there. Elijah is 10 months old. (Pictured below) Maddy and Aspen are the Connolly's dogs. We've known Aspen for quite awhile. This is the first time meeting Maddy. As you can see from the picture, Maddy is quite the little horse.

Maddy with Madison in the background. She's in her Bumbo, just like home!
Melanie is to the left with Madison and Elijah to the right. On our first full day we got a tour of Helena after a nice lunch downtown. Below is the Capitol Building.

Below is the real reason why we stopped at the Capitol Building:

Katy, Kelly, and the Kids downtown window shopping.

Here's a picture of us on a downtown street in a cute shopping area on a busy Helena Saturday.

The girls while we were in a baby store.

Picture behind the church steeple (a catholic cathedral) is Carroll College. Paul did his undergraduate work here and this is also where Paul and Kelly got engaged.

The parts of Montana that we have seen thus far are very picturesque. It was relaxing just looking around. Helena is cute and quaint. Below is a picture from the other side of town from the college. I wanted to get a view of the background. Do you see the "Sleeping Giant" in the background?
