Enrique Family Blog: "Halfway to Camping" Weekend Getaway.

Every August, we get to go camping with the greatest group of friends. It's so much fun and it's really the only time that we get to see everybody so we started doing it twice a year. Actual camping is still in August. Halfway through, we find something else. Last year, we rented a cabin at a Wisconsin Dells Resort. This year, the OshVegas group (as we're formally known) picked a cabin in Adams, Wisconsin. The "Osh" comes from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. The group consists of Katy and her closet college friends and their significant others of course. This year, the group grew by three. Madison and Melanie and Cole, who is Amanda and Todd's boy. In the next couple of months, the group is going to grow by two more. Congrats to Leslie and Jon and to Tina and Ruarik!

Its a relaxing weekend to catch up, socialize, and yes, drink. The cabin was a beautiful 1600 sq. ft. place on 10 acres. It comfortably fit all 15 of us. Each couple was assigned a meal to cook for the group and let me tell you, tasty, tasty, tasty! Its just a great time and wish we could do it more often.

The cabin was somewhat close to Marcia and Gary. They took Jackson for the weekend, and took the girls on Saturday night. If I'm correct, this may have been Katy's first day away from the girls. Thanks Marcia and Gary, you guys are just the greatest!

I won't reveil who the person it, but this is what alcohol does to some people. "I bet you can't pick up that big snow ball out there butt naked?"
